Our birth doulas are highly trained in providing continuous emotional support during labor and delivery. They offer comfort measures such as breathing techniques, massage, and position changes, help you and your partner feel confident and informed in your choices, and create a calming, supportive presence throughout the birth experience.
Our postpartum doulas are here to support you in the early weeks after birth with newborn care and recovery. We are trained to help with feeding (breast/chest/bottle), soothing techniques, and baby sleep basics. While doing so, we offer emotional support and reassurance as you adjust to parenthood and provide light household help, such as light cooking and housekeeping, so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby.
Our Certified Breastfeeding Counselors will assist with latching, positioning, and overcoming feeding challenges, and answer any questions you may have about milk supply, pumping, and feeding schedules. We are here to support your feeding choices—whether breast, bottle, or a combination, and will connect you with additional resources if needed.
